Mesi.ai Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Umera Ghori, the developer and operator of Mesi.ai ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Mesi.ai is for adults: you must be at least 18 years old to use it. If you are under 18, do not use the app.

Mesi.ai provides AI-generated cosmetic makeup guidance: estimates of your face shape, skin tone and undertone, suggested makeup looks, AI previews of a look on your photo, product and shade suggestions, and step-by-step application guides.

It is not medical advice. Nothing in the app diagnoses, treats or monitors any skin condition, and skin observations are cosmetic estimates, not diagnoses. If you have a skin concern such as a changing mole, infection, severe acne, an allergic reaction or an unusual lesion, consult a qualified dermatologist or doctor.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for activity under your account. Give accurate information. You may delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete Account.

Face scanning is optional and only happens after you give separate, explicit consent in the app. You may withdraw that consent and delete your face data at any time in Settings. You confirm that any image you provide (your face photos, or a reference image you upload) is yours to use or that you have the right to use it, and that it does not show anyone who has not agreed. You give us only the permission needed to process your images to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of your photos.

Previews, shade matches, product suggestions and guides are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete or not match real-life results, lighting, your actual skin tone, or product availability. A preview is an illustration, not a promise of how a product will look. Check ingredients and patch-test products yourself, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin. You can report any AI-generated content that is offensive, inaccurate or concerning from within the app.

Mesi.ai uses "looks": one look is one AI makeup preview generation. A generation that fails on our side is not counted.

• Free: 1 AI look, once per account.
• Monthly — $9.99 per month: 20 AI looks per monthly billing period.
• Annual — $39.99 per year: 10 AI looks per month while the annual subscription is active, i.e. up to 120 looks across the 12 monthly periods. Looks are added each month, not all at once, and unused monthly looks do not carry over.
• Extra Pack — $4.99, one-time purchase (not a subscription, it does not renew): 10 additional AI looks. It can be bought only while you have an active Monthly or Annual plan, and any unused Extra Pack looks are forfeited when that plan ends.

Prices are shown in your local currency by the App Store or Google Play at purchase and may include taxes. Looks have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Monthly and Annual are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (in the app: Settings → Manage Subscription, or the link on the plans screen). Deleting the app or your Mesi.ai account does not cancel a store subscription. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Refund requests are decided under Apple's or Google's policies and must be made through them. If a purchase is refunded or revoked by the store, the looks and plan it provided are removed from your account.

Do not: use the app unlawfully; upload images of other people without their permission or images of anyone under 18; upload sexual, hateful, violent or otherwise unlawful content; try to identify real people from photos; attempt to bypass look limits, payments or security, reverse engineer the app, or probe or overload our systems; or use the output to impersonate or deceive anyone.

The app relies on third parties, including Supabase (hosting and authentication), Face++ (face and skin analysis), Google Gemini (AI generation), Pinterest (style inspiration), RevenueCat, Apple and Google (purchases), and on Android, Google Sign-In. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them. "Find Where to Buy" opens a Google Shopping search; we do not sell products, endorse any brand or store, or guarantee price or availability.

The app, its design, text, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you, not sold, for your personal, non-commercial use. Third-party brands, product names and images belong to their owners. Subject to those third-party rights and to applicable law, you may use the AI-generated previews and guides created for you for your own personal purposes.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service, or if we are legally required to. On termination or deletion, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that results will be accurate, uninterrupted or suitable for you, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for reactions to cosmetic products you choose to use. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.

We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows the current version, and for material changes we will give notice in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
