Delete Your Mesi.ai Account and Data

1. Open the Mesi.ai app and sign in.
2. On the Home screen, tap the gear icon (top right) to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deleting your account is immediate and cannot be undone. If something goes wrong part-way (for example you lose your connection), the app tells you the deletion did not finish and you can simply try again. The app only reports your account as deleted after our server has checked that your data is gone.

Before you delete: cancel any subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings first (in the app: Settings → Manage Subscription), otherwise the store may keep charging you.

• Your sign-in account (email, name, phone number if you added one)
• Your face-scan photos and your face profile (face shape, skin tone, undertone, skin type, skin characteristics)
• Your AI-generated preview images
• Your saved looks, with their product kits and application guides
• Your plan, look-usage and purchase-credit records in our system
• Your consent records, AI-content reports and other records linked to your account
• Your subscriber record at RevenueCat (our subscription processor), where we are able to request it

• Store purchase records. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own records of purchases as their own policies and legal obligations require. We cannot delete records held by Apple or Google.
• Backup copies. Copies in our hosting provider's backups may persist for a limited time determined by its backup schedule, and are not used for any other purpose.
• Anything you chose to save or share outside the app.

To remove just your biometric data:

1. Open Settings (gear icon on the Home screen).
2. Tap Delete my face data and confirm.

This permanently deletes your face-scan photos and face profile and withdraws your face-scan consent. Your account and your saved looks stay. You will be asked for consent again before any future face scan.

To delete an individual saved look, open Saved Looks (bookmark icon on the Home screen) and delete it there.

1. Reinstall the app and use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Then follow the steps above. This is the fastest route.
2. If that does not work, email us from the email address registered to your account:

   khanumera51@gmail.com — subject: "Delete my Mesi.ai account"

   Tell us the email address (and phone number, if any) on the account. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, delete the account and its data, and confirm by email. We complete these requests within 30 days and usually much sooner.
